Over one day we will weave film, conversation, ceremony, tasting, and functional mushrooms into one intimate experience for just 10 guests. You’ll leave more present in your body, more connected to nature, and more confident to serve tea or bring this kind of ritual into your own home, or community.
During this workshop you’ll learn about different tea types, the foundations of serving tea with presence, as well as how to set space, and guide people into a slower rhythm.
Along the way we’ll pour mushroom‑infused teas and explore which functional mushrooms pair energetically to support the tea drinking experience.

Morning Session

🍄 Tea Ceremony 101
This beginners workshop includes ceremony workspace design, tea-ware overview, tea types, and the sharing of the fundamentals, principles and mindset you need to serve tea with confidence and presence.
Afternoon Session
🍄 Mountains In a Cup - A Guide To the Teas of Taiwan and Thailand
A journey through the highlands of Taiwan and Northern Thailand, one cup at a time. Taste organic and wild teas sourced directly from small farms, while learning about each region’s soils, farming philosophy, and the lives of the tea growers. This is not only a tasting session, but historical and cultural exploration.
