RETURNS

  1. Return Period
    You may return your purchase within 30 days of receiving the item, provided that it meets the conditions outlined in this policy. Any returns made after this period will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

  2. Eligibility for Return
    To be eligible for a return, your item must: Be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition as when you received it. Have all original tags, packaging, and accessories included. Be accompanied by a valid proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation email or packing slip. 

  3. Return Shipping
    To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at sales@potentfungi.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. 

  4. Refunds
    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our customer service team at sales@potentfungi.com with your order number and details about the issue. 

  5. Late or Missing Refunds
    If you have not received your refund within 10 business days after receiving your return approval email, please follow these steps: Check your bank account or credit card statement for any pending transactions. Contact your bank or credit card company, as processing times may vary before a refund is officially posted. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact our customer service team at sales@potentfungi.com.
