Mushroom Education Workshop
A morning with the fungal kingdom, at the world's first mushroom tea house.
Every Monday, 10:00 to 12:00.
Humans have been entwined with fungi since the beginning. In bread and beer, in medicine and agriculture, in ritual and in the psychedelics that shaped whole cultures, and in the soil under every forest. This workshop is a proper introduction to that relationship, through presentation, stories, and a table of real mushrooms you can pick up and smell.
You will handle rare functional fungi from across Thailand and Asia, taste mushroom tea blends we have built from our own extracts, and leave understanding what these organisms actually do, in your body and in the world. No background needed. We keep it grounded and we answer questions properly.

"This workshop introduces a variety of aspects of fungi, including their origins, their symbiotic interactions with the environment, and their benefits to human health. The owner is highly knowledgeable and was able to answer my questions in great detail. I would definitely recommend this workshop to anyone interested in exploring the world of fungi."
